Welcome to Improv Practice. By using this app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use this

You must be 18 years or older to use Improv Practice. The app connects you to a live video call with another improviser, so it is intended for adults.

2. Community standards

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Using the app, you agree you will not engage in or broadcast any of the following.

Harassment, threats, bullying, or hate speech.
Nudity, sexual content, or sexual solicitation.
Violence, self-harm content, or anything illegal.
Recording, screenshotting, or sharing another person without their consent.
Impersonation, spam, or advertising.
Exposing minors to the service or using it if you are under 18.

3. Reporting and enforcement

Every match includes a Block and a Report control. Blocking a partner ends the match and prevents you from being paired with them again. Reporting flags the partner to us. We review reports and may remove or ban users who violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly, typically within 24 hours.

4. How the video works

Calls are peer-to-peer: your video and audio stream directly between you and your partner and are not recorded or stored by us. Because calls are live and private, we cannot monitor them in real time; enforcement relies on your reports. Treat every call as if you are meeting someone new in public.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own conduct and anything you say or show on camera. You use Improv Practice at your own risk when interacting with other users.

6. The service is provided "as is"

Improv Practice is a free service offered without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
